Few words about us
The hotel has 20 rooms, all accessed by elevator and are all equipped with private bathroom, satellite tv ,telephone, refrigerator, air-conditioning, fan, hairdryer, safety box and free WiFi access. Most rooms also have a balcony, with several offering a delightful sea-view. One family room is also available. Our jasmin-scented garden, canopied by bougainvilla, offers a cool and relaxing oasis where you can breakfast or wind down after a day's sun and fun.

Siptsi SFabelhaft…………. EIN Wünderschönes Kleines Familien Hotel. Weg vom Trubel trotzdem nah am Meer und in ein paar Minuten in der Stadt. Sehr herzlich, und sehr Lieb die Inhaber . Frühstückt einfach und sehr lecker große Auswahl an selbstgemachten Marmeladen. Und frischen Küchen ES WAR LECKER. EIN Sauberes Hotel ,es wir jeden Tag Saubergemacht. Thimitri undKiriaki waren immer hilfsbereit wenn wir was wiesen wolten. Nächstes jahr kommen wir wieder.

The accommodation was clean, traditional, balcony with a seaview. Dmitri and his wife are incredibly welcoming, always ready to help; recommended great local restaurants, bike rentals, and pick-up at the harbor and ordered a taxi to the airport. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding hosts.
mari2111Sarà il mio hotel a Kos Hotel a conduzione familiare a pochi minuti dal porto di Kos Town e dl centro. Camere spaziose e immacolate dotate di frigo e aria condizionata. Il vero valore aggiunto è la disponibilità e la gentilezza dei proprietari che gestiscono la struttura con dedizione e professionalità. Degna di nota è la colazione, in particolare le numerose marmellate fatte in casa. Sarà il mio hotel ogni volta che tornerò a Kos.

The family hospitality, comfortable rooms, and pleasant neighborhood all make this a top choice for a stay in Kos. Rooms are simple but very well done, with well-equipped baths, and the public areas, including a shady patio, are ideal places to spend time--and the setting for a delicious breakfast The seafront is at the end of the street, and some excellent restaurants and bars are just steps away. Topping it all off is the presence of the Afendoulis family, who make their guests feel like welcomed friends.
Gary TFabulous 5 night stay. We stayed only for 5 nights, but the staff at the hotel could not do enough for us. They made us feel so welcome and explained where all the local sights were and how best to travel to them. Also, the fragrant smell that greeted us from the flowers that adorned the entrance was amazing. If you want to get away from it all and enjoy a family atmosphere please consider staying here, can't wait to return.
